*Order Fulfillment:
*The majority of Juliann Threads & Textiles' adornments are made-to-order. Please give 3-5 business days from initial design request to the creation of your shipping label.

*Shipping:
*Each order will be securely packed and shipped to do our very best in guaranteeing your order's safe delivery.

*Shipping is included in your purchase - listed as ECONOMY SHIPPING
**If you'd like a RUSH on your order, please select STANDARD SHIPPING

*USPS (United States Postal Service) will comprise of the majority of orders shipped from Juliann Threads & Textiles to keep your new adornments at the most affordable pricing we can offer. If you'd like to request UPS // FEDEX // another provider, please contact our customer service with the reference number to your order HERE
 

Basic Care Instructions:
*Each adornment made by Juliann Threads & Textiles is meticulously crafted and built to ensure a long, happy life with your new pieces.

*Each earring frame is crafted from a thin wood, fabric, embroidery thread, and a mild adhesive. To protect these delicate materials; please do not get excessively wet (showering, sweat from a workout, walking through a rainstorm, etc).

Returns/Refunds:
*The majority of Juliann Threads & Textiles' adornments are custom and/or made-to-order.

*No refunds/ exchanges/ returns will be honored unless the received item is broken/ defective. If your package arrives damaged, please provide photographs of the damaged packaging and/or defective product to our customer service HERE
